My stay was largely enjoyable thanks to the dedicated maintenance team, especially Mike, who went out of his way to help us. The community atmosphere is welcoming, and I appreciated how everyone seemed to connect. However, I did have a less than satisfactory encounter with the manager, which detracted from the experience a bit. Overall, it's a decent place but could improve management interactions.

Our stay at the resort was quite a mixed bag. The park has a charming community feel, and I really appreciated how helpful Mike from Maintenance was in making our stay more comfortable. However, the parking situation, especially for larger RVs, was challenging, and the overall condition of the park seemed to be on a decline, which was disappointing.

The great location near beautiful Naples is a highlight, making it easy to enjoy local attractions. However, the overall experience was affected by maintenance issues and a less welcoming atmosphere from some residents. While some facilities, like the pool, were nice, the lack of cleanliness in communal areas was a letdown.
